About Enokart

What’s Enokart?

- Enokart is a delivery service, which enables customers to buy products from local stores.

Our fleet of drivers will deliver the products in no time.

Story

The idea initially came from a discussion about starting a business from a group of high school tech nerds.

Little did we know, we were unconsciously solving a childhood problem of being sent to the grocery store by our guardians😅.

We initially started working on the service  in late 2017 and the first version was launched in 2019 and also shut down. 5 years later, we've relaunched!

Using Enokart

How it works

Ordering is easy with Enokart! You can use our mobile app available on Android (IOS coming soon and web).

You enter your location, we scan for stores around your community. Select products and place an order.

We will then alert the store and a driver to pick your order!

What kind of shops are found on Enokart?

We have a variety of shops on the platform.

These include grocery shops with a catalog of different product categories, butcheries, bakeries, fruit and veg shops and even stationery shops for kids!

What time can I order?

We can deliver anytime of the day, however it all depends on the time schedules that the shops operate.

Is tipping necessary and where does the money go?

Tipping a driver is completely up to you. 100% of the funds go to the driver minus a transaction fees from our payment

partners.

Can I tip a shop?

We currently do not have a feature to tip a shop, however we are looking into implementing it.

What is the minimum amount I can spend?

We do not have a minimum spend, it is all dependent on the shops.

Can I collect my order?

Currently you can't collect your order alone.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order as long as there's no driver picking it up yet. Please contact support@enokart.com

Questions about my order

What to do when my order is late?

We try our best to make sure we give you the best experience. If an order is late try  contacting the delivery driver or store to give you an update. Or you can contact support@enokart.com.

What if there's something wrong with my order?

If you realize there's something wrong with your order whilst the delivery driver is still around, please alert them and they'll handle the problem. If the problem is out of their abilities, contact us support@enokart.com.

What if the order arrives and I'm not around?

You can contact the rider to alert them, however the waiting period is 12 mins max. Beyond this it is the driver's right to return the order to the store where you can collect it by showing the shop your order number. Please note that the order will still be charged.

Can I modify my order?

Interesting question, we are looking into how we can implement that with efficiency in my mind. Be on the lookout!

Payment

Fees

To keep our service running, each order has the following fees:

1. Service fees

This is a tiny fee we charge for each other made on our platform to help us maintain the service.

2. Delivery driver fees

This is a small fee to compensate for the  amazing driver who gets your order for you! You're free to tip them too!😉

Which payment methods can I use?

To make a payment you need a bank card to complete an online transaction.

Why do you not accept cash?

We do not accept cash for the sake of efficiency and safety of drivers, however we are looking into ways of accepting it, without the compromise of safety and efficiency.

Is my bank data safe?

We do not store your bank details. We have a payment partner that handles the payments made on our platform.
